  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

Intellectual Property

  • Next Lap owns the platform, code, design, branding, and all content we create.
  • You agree not to copy, reuse, modify, sell, or distribute any part of Next Lap without written permission.

Race Listings Disclaimer

  • Next Lap only displays races based on information shared by organizers or publicly available sources. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of this information.
  • Links to race websites or registration pages are provided to the best of our knowledge.
  • We are not responsible for errors, cancellations, updates, changes, or scams related to race organizers or external websites.
  • Please verify details with the organizer before making payments or commitments.

TL;DR - We show races. Organizers are responsible for accuracy. Click smart.

Payments and Future Paid Features

  • If we introduce paid features, training plans, or race registrations, payments will be handled through secure third-party providers.
  • Refunds and cancellations will follow the policies displayed at the time of purchase.

Next Lap may contain links to third party websites, apps, or services. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or actions. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on race information, actions by event organizers or third party services, data issues, bugs, downtime, or user mistakes.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited.
